So happy I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) this week and so thankful to be a part of this group of about 7,000 credentialed PCC coaches in the United States and about 17,000 globally.
While I’ve been coaching internally in corporate businesses for years, my formal journey as credentialed career coach started three years ago. After completing over 125 hours of coaching education at The University of Miami, logging nearly 600 hours of coaching experience, coaching about 140 clients across 19 countries, completing 39 hours of coach mentoring and supervision coaching, and completing around 100 hours of continuing education, I was able to apply for and pass my final coaching exam.
It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, full of twists and turns. Along the way, I’ve built some amazing relationships across the globe with so many supportive peer coaches and many incredible and passionate clients. These relationships have taught me so much about myself and the powerful art and science of coaching.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to partner with clients to help them make meaningful and positive transformations into strong and more resilient leaders. And thank you to my friends, family, peer coaches and work colleagues for your support and encouragement.
Michael
